Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Welcome to Copacabana Clinic! Before proceeding with any treatments, please carefully read and understand our terms and conditions. By using our website and booking appointments with us, you agree to abide by the following terms:

  1. Booking and Payments: 

    • At the time of making your appointment, the total treatment value must be paid upfront to secure your booking.

    • For Body Harmonisation treatment, a 50% deposit of the full price is required as an upfront payment to guarantee your booking.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Copacabana Clinic enforces a strict ‘no refund’ policy on prepaid treatments for change of mind reasons.

    • This policy does not affect your rights for a refund under consumer law in the event of a major problem with the product or service.

  3. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any appointment cancellation.

    • If the appointment is re-scheduled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment day, the upfront payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

    • Failure to reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the upfront payment for pre-paid treatments.

  4. Arrival Time:

    • Patients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.

    • If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with the appointment or provide the full treatment as booked.

Please be aware that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

  5. Treatment Time: â€‹

            ​Our beauty clinic strives to provide each client with a personalised treatment plan tailored to their specific needs. Please be aware that treatment times may vary from the initially reserved booking time. This variation can occur due to factors such as the size of the treatment area, the skin condition, and the treatment plan's complexity. We believe in providing quality care and ensuring that each client receives the attention and time necessary for optimal results. Therefore, we do not adhere to a "one treatment fits all" approach. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver the best possible outcomes for your beauty needs.

Treatment Packages

Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package. All packages are valid for use for 6 months from the date of purchase, and it will be advised for the beauty therapist what is the best way to use your package in order to have successful results.Any treatments not used within a 6 month period will be forfeited without refund.Strict ‘no-refund’ policy for treatment packages for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.

Consultation Fee

To ensure the best possible experience and personalized care, Copacabana Clinic imposes a $50 consultation fee, which is applicable to all initial consultations. Please familiarize yourself with the details of this policy:

  1. Consultation Fee Application:

    • A $50 consultation fee will be applied to all initial consultations.

  2. Redemption for Treatment:

    • The $50 consultation fee is redeemable towards any subsequent treatment booked and completed within a specified period.

  3. Non-Redemption and Fee Holding:

    • In the event that you decide not to proceed with any treatment, the $50 consultation fee will be held by Copacabana Clinic.

Medications/ Change in Medical History

To ensure your safety and provide the best possible care, we kindly request that you adhere to the following policies regarding medication and medical history disclosure:

  1. Patient Responsibility:

    • It is the patient's responsibility to disclose all relevant medical issues to Copacabana Clinic before undergoing any treatments.

    • Copacabana Clinic cannot be held liable for any unknown or undisclosed medical issues, including but not limited to cold sores, pregnancy, autoimmune diseases, allergies, or medications such as Isotretinoin.

  2. Medical History Disclosure:

    • Please advise your beauty therapist of any medical procedures, medications (both oral and topical), or treatments that you are currently undergoing or have recently taken or used.

    • This includes but is not limited to prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, herbal supplements, and any topical products applied to your skin.

  3. Importance of Disclosure:

    • Disclosing your complete medical history, including current medications and treatments, is crucial for our beauty therapists to provide you with safe and effective treatments.

    • Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in adverse reactions or complications, for which Copacabana Clinic cannot be held responsible.

  4. Confidentiality:

    • All medical information disclosed to Copacabana Clinic will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of ensuring your safety and providing appropriate treatments.

  5. Patient Communication:

    • It is encouraged that patients communicate openly with their beauty therapists about any changes in their medical history or medications, both before and during the course of treatments.

Review of procedure & Results

​

A review of procedures is made according to each treatment. It may take up to 12 weeks to show results and results will vary from patient to patient. It’s your responsibility to book your review appointment, as well as follow all advises given to you in order to get successful results. It is your responsibility to inform the clinic if there are any signs of serious complications. We can be contacted via our Live Chat on our website, WhatsApp, email, or phoning the clinic. 

Results Disclaimer:

At Copacabana Clinic, we are committed to providing the best possible beauty treatments and services. However, it is crucial to understand that individual responses to our treatments may vary. We do not guarantee specific results, as each person's body and skin type react differently to the procedures.

Individual Variations:

Human bodies are unique, and factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and overall health can influence the outcomes of beauty treatments. While we strive to deliver exceptional results for our clients, we cannot predict or promise identical results for everyone.

Photography

Copacabana Clinic will take before and after photos to monitor the changes in your body as you undergo treatments. In making an appointment at the clinic, patients are consenting to this part of the normal procedure of the clinic.

Suitability for treatment & Refund Policy

Some patients are unsuitable for the treatments performed. Copacabana Clinic reserves the right to decline or cancel further management of any patient if, in the clinical opinion of the medical practitioner, the patient is unsuited for further care. 
Copacabana Clinic offers no guarantee or warranty that any procedure will benefit the patient or have guaranteed outcomes. As a patient at Sculpt Me Clinic, you acknowledge that every human body is different and may react differently for the treatment. Whilst every effort is made to achieve desired outcomes you as the patient understand that these are not guaranteed.

  • The voucher must be used in 6 months.

  • Bookings must be made and the promotion must be mentioned prior to the treatment.

  • This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used with any other offer or existing voucher.

Please Note: 

The $50 credit cannot be redeemed until before the new client gets a treatment at the clinic.

To avoid doubt; a ‘new’ client is a person who has not had any treatments from Copacabana Clinic before.

  • In return receives a $25 credit that can be used for treatments over $130.

  • The voucher must be used in 6 months.

  • Bookings must be made and the review must be mentioned prior to the treatment.

  • This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used with any other offer or existing voucher.

  • All credits of $25 are limited to one per person.
