Cancellation Policy

Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy: At the time of making your appointment, we require the total treatment value to be paid upfront to secure your booking (excluding Body Harmonisation appointments). For Body Harmonisation treatment we require a 50% deposit of the full price upfront payment to guarantee your booking. Copacabana Clinic has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on prepaid treatments for change of mind reasons. This does not exclude your rights for a refund under consumer law where there is a major problem with the product or service. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation, if the appointment is re-scheduled a minimum 24 hours before your appointment day, this upfront payment will be applied to the scheduled appointment. If you fail to reschedule your appointment with a minimum 24 hours notice, no transfer of the upfront payment will be applied. In the case of pre-paid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited if we are not given 24 hours' notice. We require our patients to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, it may result in us being unable to proceed with the appointment or do the full treatment you’ve booked. At Copacabana Clinic, we are committed to providing the best possible beauty treatments and services. However, it is crucial to understand that individual responses to our treatments may vary. We do not guarantee specific results, as each person's body and skin type react differently to the procedures. Treatment Times: Our beauty clinic strives to provide each client with a personalised treatment plan tailored to their specific needs. Please be aware that treatment times may vary from the initially reserved booking time. This variation can occur due to factors such as the size of the treatment area, the skin condition, and the treatment plan's complexity. We believe in providing quality care and ensuring that each client receives the attention and time necessary for optimal results. Therefore, we do not adhere to a "one treatment fits all" approach. Individual Variations: Human bodies are unique, and factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and overall health can influence the outcomes of beauty treatments. While we strive to deliver exceptional results for our clients, we cannot predict or promise identical results for everyone.
