Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy We understand that your time is valuable, and we want to ensure you have the best experience at Copacabana Clinic. To make your visit smooth and hassle-free, please review our policies below. At the time of booking your appointment, we require the full treatment payment upfront to secure your spot (excluding Body Harmonisation appointments). For Body Harmonisation treatments, we require a 50% deposit of the total price upfront to confirm your booking. Easy & Secure Booking with Card on File: To make your experience stress-free, we ask clients to enter their card details when booking. This helps us manage cancellations and no-shows efficiently. Rest assured, your details are stored securely and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Flexible Rescheduling & Cancellations: We know plans can change! If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 24 hours' notice, and your payment will be applied to your new appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, unfortunately, we won’t be able to transfer your payment, and pre-paid treatments will be forfeited. Punctuality Matters: To ensure you get the most from your treatment, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Running late? If it’s more than 15 minutes, we may not be able to complete your full treatment, or we might have to reschedule.
